Maharishi Invincibility Institute has over 50 leaders managing campuses, academies, departments, and units across the organisation.

Maharishi maintains a flat operational structure, building a platform whereby 80% of our staff and leaders are our own graduates and students. This provides incredible opportunities for outstanding local leadership to emerge and thrive.

Maharishi Invincibility Institute has created a group-wide, cross-cutting Governance Committee, responsible for monitoring all aspects of governance and compliance. The committee comprises a governance specialist, three chartered accountants and tax specialist, ACCA accountant, an actuary, lawyer, corporate finance specialist, and compliance specialist amongst others.
