After graduating from the University of the Western Cape in 1994, Glynn began his professional education career in 1995, following in his father’s footsteps. In 1998, he moved to Cape Town where he joined the corporate world. During the next 23 years, Glynn fulfilled the role of Administration Manager, Training and Development Manager, and Human Resources Manager in a large South African corporate. Glynn completed his corporate career as a Training and Development Consultant at OMI. In early 2022, Glynn moved to Johannesburg, and in September 2022, he joined Maharishi Invincibility School as an educator. In January of 2024, Glynn was promoted to Deputy Principal.
