Chantel Klinck is a dynamic, results-driven project manager with over 20-years experience in project-based learning and development programmes, and youth development initiatives. She consistently identifies and accelerates strategic measures to strengthen performance with sustained operational results working in pressurised environments. Chantel enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating, and training, successful and productive teams, and thrives in highly pressured and challenging work environments. Since July 2020, Chantel has worked for the Maharishi Invincibility Institute, she has been instrumental in building the ABSA Cybersecurity Academy multi-year learnership project where she implemented and successfully managed the Academy in both the Western Cape and Gauteng. The Academy has achieved a 100% job-placement rate to date. This project has won two international awards since its launch in 2019.
