As the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Road Freight Association for 12 years, Sharmini Naidoo was able to successfully perform a strategic turnaround of the association, developing it from a small business into a significant, highly respected, self-sustainable, and influential industry body. She has a strong background in business re-engineering, change management, building relationships with various industry stakeholders (including government), strategic thinking, and driving transformation. Sharmini is passionate about the non-profit sector, and is involved in causes that uplift the lives and futures of youth in South Africa.
