Marcus Karuppan is the Head of the Maharishi Invincibility Institute Digital Academies: including the ABSA Cybersecurity and HCI Academies, IBM Mainframe Academy, and multiple others, as well as Digital Youth at Maharishi Invincibility Institute. As an Alumnus of the institution, Marcus has 18-years experience in IT training and management, having worked as a training consultant and general manager at T-Systems. Marcus returned to Maharishi Invincibility Institute, in the capacity of MD of Digital Youth ICT Academy, and in his role is responsible for managing a team of 25+ technology trainers, planning and scheduling programmes, preparing technology infrastructure, assessing qualifications, and managing the overall operations and strategic direction of the digital training academies.
