Tiffiny Humphries leads the professional, industry, occupational and vocational skills teams in Johannesburg and Durban, managing learnerships and vocational qualifications across various sectors. She is involved in campus expansion, academic leadership, and accreditation projects.

Tiffiny has been instrumental in setting up and replicating the MII education model in Durban. Tiffiny is a member of both the MANCO (Strategic Management Committee) and OPSCO (the Operations Committee) for ‘Education Town’, the Maharishi Invincibility Institute HQ in Johannesburg CBD. 

Tiffiny is currently engaged in completing her EdD (PhD in Education Management)
