Motsei Masilo is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years at Roche, and a proven track record in leading change, project management, and driving results. She has extensive experience in various HR functions, including talent management, organisational development, and cultural transformation. Motsei is passionate about sustainability, transformation, and human resources. Motsei is a member of the OPSCO (the Operations Committee) for ‘Education Town’, the Maharishi Invincibility Institute HQ in Johannesburg CBD.

Motsei was born and raised in Meadowlands, Soweto, Although Motsei has worked in multiple countries and reached great heights of corporate leadership, she has never lost her base in the community.

Motsei is currently engaged in completing her PhD in Sustainable Business.
