Johreen Jennifer Patel is the founding Principal of the Maharishi Invincibility School, in ‘Education Town’ in the Johannesburg CBD, a division of and feeder into the Maharishi Invincibility Institute. In this capacity, Johreen manages a team of 25-teachers and administrative staff. The school has a 100% annual pass-rate target, and has maintained a 99% pass-rate to date. Johreen has over 20-years of senior leadership experience in managing high schools. 

Johreen has worked her way through the ranks of a growing school, where she was promoted to Head of the Senior Primary Department (Grades 4–7). She re-wrote the senior primary school’s curriculum from Grades 4 to 7 for the subjects: English, Afrikaans, Social Sciences, the Life Sciences, and introduced Design and Technology into the school’s curriculum after furthering her studies in Design and Technology through the ORT STEP organisation. Johreen attained the position of Principal at the school and was responsible for the management of the primary school. Shortly thereafter, Johreen assumed the position of Director and managed the whole school with the support of the management team, which consisted of three principals, namely the pre-primary, preparatory and the college; the finance manager; head of sport and culture; HR manager; head of student affairs; and the head of academics.
