Chef Anthony Morris is an Executive Head Chef with over 10 years in the Hospitality Industry, He has led the Mi kitchen for 3 years and oversees the feeding of 1600 students and staff on a daily basis. He gained his training through the Swiss Hotel School, and it has seen him travel the world and be able to serve zealously. He has a passion for Joburg and plays his part in feeding anybody that comes through the education town.
