Maharishi Invincibility Institute has over 50-leaders managing campuses, academies, departments, and units across the organisation.
Maharishi maintains a flat operational structure, building a platform whereby 80% of our staff and leaders are our own graduates and students. This provides incredible opportunities for outstanding local leadership to emerge and thrive.
We believes in leadership that comes from within our communities, is proximate, relevant, grounded, authentic, and earned. Maharishi leaders go way beyond ‘the extra mile’ and through their tireless dedication are proud to have maintained a 95% job placement rate of graduates into quality jobs for nearly two decades.
The majority of the leaders shown below are focused on building ‘Education Town’, the Maharishi Invincibility Institute HQ in the Johannesburg CBD. Faculty profiles will be available elsewhere.

- The majority of our staff (including many of our leaders) are our own students and graduates. Maharishi leadership is ‘by the students, and for the students’.

Maharishi Invincibility Institute has created a group-wide, cross-cutting Governance Committee, responsible for monitoring all aspects of governance and compliance.
The committee comprises a governance specialist, three chartered accountants and tax specialist, ACCA accountant, an actuary, lawyer, corporate finance specialist, and compliance specialist amongst others.
The Governance Committee was formed in February 2023 and meets every six weeks in a structured way to move the organisation forward with prudence and good governance practices, while maintaining pragmatism and context.
Maharishi Invincibility Institute functions as a group of organisations all with a common purpose and the same beneficiaries: our students.
The group maintains a policy, that non-executive Directors from any Board structures in the group are invited, to attend Board meetings of other group structures to maintain transparency, accountability, and trust. This has brought a wealth of experience, richness of integration, and wisdom into all Board structures.
